• Memorization Content: Verses, poems, speeches, and other text you add to the app
• Practice Data: Your practice sessions, accuracy scores, and progress statistics
• Preferences: App settings such as preferred Bible translation and notification preferences

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns to improve app functionality (if analytics are enabled)

• Save your memorization progress locally on your device

Data Storage

Local Storage

All your memorization content, practice history, and progress data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your personal memorization data on external servers.

iCloud Sync (Coming Soon)

When iCloud sync is available, your data may be synced across your devices using Apple’s iCloud service. This data is protected by Apple’s privacy and security measures.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:

• Anonymous device identifiers
• Purchase and subscription status
• App usage related to purchases

API.Bible

We use API.Bible to fetch Bible verse content. When you search for a verse:

• The verse reference you search for is sent to their servers
• No personal information is transmitted

Apple Services

• App Store: Handles all payment processing for subscriptions
• Apple Push Notifications: Delivers reminder notifications if enabled
• iCloud (future): Will sync data across your devices

Apple’s privacy practices are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Subscription management and billing inquiries should be directed to Apple through your device’s Settings app.

Children’s Privacy

MemorizeIt does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages as it does not require account creation or collect personal data.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• All data is stored locally on your device, protected by your device’s security
• Network communications use HTTPS encryption
• We do not store your data on external servers

• Delete: Remove any or all of your data through the app’s settings
• Export: Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud backup

To delete all your data, go to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Verses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the “Last Updated” date.
