By downloading, installing, or using MemorizeIt (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
MemorizeIt is a mobile application designed to help users memorize Bible verses, poems, speeches, and other text through typing-based practice with spaced repetition scheduling.
You may use MemorizeIt for personal, non-commercial purposes to:

You retain ownership of any text, verses, or other content you add to the App (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

Bible verse content retrieved through the App is provided by API.Bible and is subject to the copyright and licensing terms of each respective Bible translation. Such content is provided for personal study and memorization purposes.
The App offers limited features at no cost, including:

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their support channels. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods, not the current subscription term.
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by MemorizeIt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its contents.
“MemorizeIt” and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
Bible translations accessed through the App are the property of their respective publishers. Use of such content is subject to their licensing terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
