This Privacy Policy describes how go!moku ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

            Summary: go!moku is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect personal information directly. Game data is stored locally on your device. We use Apple Game Center for multiplayer features and RevenueCat for processing purchases.
        

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally

The following information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

Game statistics (wins, losses, streaks)
In-game currency balance (coins and hints)
Theme preferences and settings
Game history and replays
Accessibility preferences

Apple Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center features, Apple processes the following:

Your Game Center profile and player ID
Leaderboard scores you submit
Achievement progress
Multiplayer match data

This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID or personal Game Center information.

In-App Purchases

We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:

Anonymous user identifiers
Purchase transaction data
Device information for fraud prevention

Payment information (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) is processed entirely by Apple and is never accessible to us or RevenueCat. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

go!moku does not collect:

Your name, email, or contact information
Location data
Photos, contacts, or other personal files
Advertising identifiers
Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Apple Game Center: For multiplayer, leaderboards, and achievements
RevenueCat: For in-app purchase processing

We do not use any advertising networks or analytics services.

Data Security

Your local game data is stored securely on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. Multiplayer and purchase data are transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

Children's Privacy

go!moku is rated for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require account creation, and Game Center parental controls can be used to restrict multiplayer and purchase features.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app. To delete all local data, simply uninstall go!moku from your device.

For Game Center data, you can manage your data through your Apple ID settings. For RevenueCat purchase records, these are retained as required for transaction records and refund processing.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including:

Right to access your data
Right to delete your data
Right to data portability

Since we do not collect personal data directly, most data management is handled through Apple's systems or by uninstalling the app.
